Tell us how you first met? Who what when where why? Give us the dirty details.

We were set up on a group blind date in Lawrence, KS. We had dinner and went to bars around Lawrence and finished the night with a 2am tour of Lawrence. (It was Adam’s first time in Lawrence.)

When did you know he / she was the one? Was there something he / she did?

Jessica knew Adam was the one on our first road trip to Oklahoma City. We were very comfortable and had a blast together.

Adam knew Jessica was the one at our Christmas date at the plaza. He knew Jessica was the one and he couldn’t live without her.

Tell us about the proposal (did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning? How did you feel? Nervous, excited, freaking out?)

I knew that it was coming, but he caught me off guard when it happened! He had a rose petal lined hallway at my house when I walked in the door from work with 3 different checkpoints. He was behind the door with the ring on one knee!

Tell us the one thing you love most about each other.

Adam-I love Jessica’s laugh.
Jessica- I love Adam’s ability to make me laugh and take the stress away.

Adam-Jessica loves the Kardashian’s and trashy tv.
Jessica- Adam loves food and venturing out on new things.

Besides getting married – what’s the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?

Having all of our friends and family in town to celebrate.

What’s your favorite trend for weddings right now?

Burlap and lace!

What inspired your décor or theme?

rustic and based it off of the Oread’s rustic limestone feel.

What’s one thing you wish you would have known earlier in regards to planning?

Make lists, it’s never to early to knock something off of the list!
